When you use the website, limited technical information may also be processed as part of operating and securing the service. This may include your IP address, browser or device information and details of requests made to the website.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss our services and communicate with you about the work you have asked us about.

If you become a customer, we may also use relevant information to provide and manage our services and maintain appropriate business records.

Limited technical information may be processed where necessary to operate, maintain and protect our website and information systems.

Our lawful basis

We normally process information submitted through our contact form on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and communicating about our services.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information.

When you submit our contact form, we use Twilio SendGrid to deliver your enquiry to us by email. SendGrid processes the information contained in your enquiry for the purpose of transmitting the message and may retain limited information relating to its delivery.

International transfers

Some of the technology and cloud services we use may process personal information outside the United Kingdom, including services provided by Twilio SendGrid.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards or transfer mechanisms recognised under applicable UK data protection law.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

This may include the time needed to respond to an enquiry, maintain an appropriate record of our relationship with you, provide services and meet relevant legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.

The appropriate retention period therefore depends on the nature of the information and our relationship with you.

UK data protection law gives you rights over your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, these may include the right to access your information, have inaccurate information corrected, request deletion or restriction of processing, receive certain information in a portable format, and object to particular uses of your information.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to that processing in certain circumstances.

If you would like to exercise one of your data protection rights, please contact us. We may need to confirm your identity before responding to a request.
